We stand behind the quality of our products. All CONN3CT cards come with a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and protect your investment.

Warranty Coverage

CONN3CT warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the date of purchase:

Essential Card

1-Year Limited Warranty

Premium Card

2-Year Limited Warranty

Executive Card

Lifetime Limited Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the NFC technology
  • Structural integrity of the card (cracking, delamination, etc.)
  • Premature fading or deterioration of printed elements
  • Failure of the embedded NFC chip under normal use conditions

What's Not Covered

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse (including bending, crushing, or exposure to extreme temperatures)
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents
  • Damage from pets or wildlife
  • Loss or theft of the product

Additionally, the warranty does not cover:

  • Digital profile services or software issues
  • Compatibility issues with specific devices not related to the NFC chip itself
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Documentation: Our support team may request photos or videos of the defect to help diagnose the issue.
  3. Receive Claim Number: If your claim is approved, you will receive a warranty claim number and return instructions.
  4. Return the Product: Ship the defective product to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive Replacement: Once we receive and verify the defective product, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Note: For Executive Card holders, we offer an expedited replacement process where we ship your replacement before receiving the defective product.

For additional peace of mind, we offer extended warranty options for Essential and Premium cards:

Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of your original order. They cannot be added after the purchase has been completed.
