Shipping Information

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased during checkout for valuable orders.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CONN3CT purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Custom-designed cards and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Digital services and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@conn3ct.com to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this when initiating your return. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the defective item at no additional cost.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. International orders and orders below $75 are subject to shipping fees based on location and shipping method.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
