The journey behind CONN3CT
CONN3CT began with a simple question: Why are we still exchanging paper business cards in a digital world?
The Beginning
In 2023, our founders Alex and Maya were attending a tech conference in San Francisco. After a day of networking, they found themselves with stacks of business cards that would likely end up forgotten in a drawer. They realized there had to be a better way to connect professionally in the digital age.
Drawing on their backgrounds in technology and design, they envisioned a solution that would combine the tangible nature of physical cards with the convenience and functionality of digital profiles.
From Concept to Reality
The first CONN3CT prototype was developed in a small apartment in San Francisco. It was a simple NFC card linked to a basic digital profile. Despite its simplicity, early testers were amazed by how seamlessly it bridged the physical and digital worlds.
After six months of refinement and testing, CONN3CT officially launched with a successful crowdfunding campaign that exceeded its goal by 300%.
