CONN3CT provides NFC-enabled business cards and digital profile services. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

• Physical cards are subject to availability and may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
• Digital profiles are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your purchase.

For one-time purchases, payment is due at the time of purchase. For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our Services allow you to create and share content, including profile information, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with operating and providing our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and the right to grant the license above.
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our Services.
• Use our Services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use our Services to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Our Services and their contents, features, and functionality are owned by CONN3CT and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our Services, content, or intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONN3CT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; AND
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
